Requirements
- 8 years of relevant experience in SAP WMS / TM.
- Successful completion of two full implementation cycles in S/4 HANA.
- Proficient in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Understanding of TMS (Transportation Management Solution).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- Experience in highly scalable projects working with different countries.
- Ability to travel less than 15% for specific activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational responsibilities required to deliver projects and software releases following MDLZ best practices in project and release governance.
- Conduct alignment sessions with senior leaders and stakeholders to confirm release schedules align with business goals.
- Align the scope of the solution by working closely with Design & Build teams to ensure business requirements are met.
- Evaluate solutions provided by the Design & Build team based on defined criteria.
- Serve as the central channel for SAP assistance and work closely with the MaxAttention team.
- Evaluate solution readiness for UAT and sign-off, ensuring no risks prior to implementation.
- Ensure well-defined solution testing strategies are established during the design phase.
- Lead governance and relationship with SAP as a partner, including budgeting and estimations.
