Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive product management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles within AdTech or MarTech environments.
- Strong expertise in programmatic advertising ecosystems such as DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, or ad servers.
- Proven ability to align product strategy with business goals, revenue targets, and market opportunities.
- Deep understanding of Agile development environments and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong technical fluency in programmatic infrastructure, including RTB, OpenRTB, and identity resolution frameworks.
- Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and defend strategic decisions with data.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing product outcomes tied to revenue or growth metrics.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with evolving adtech market trends, including identity resolution, CTV expansion, and data-driven advertising innovation.
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on business value, revenue impact, customer retention, and cross-functional input.
- Partner closely with engineering to ensure agile execution, continuous delivery, and alignment between sprint planning and strategic objectives.
- Translate complex programmatic advertising infrastructure into intuitive, scalable, self-service product experiences for customers.
- Serve as a key executive voice for product vision, communicating roadmap priorities, market positioning, and performance updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing product organization focused on accountability, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
- Establish strong cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure product-market fit and commercial success.
- Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
