Job Details

8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP implementation projects
Solid understanding of SAP modules and hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
Proven experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate methodologies
Strong leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities at senior levels
Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful implementation aligned with business objectives and timelines
Manage cross-functional teams composed of SAP consultants, internal stakeholders, and external vendors across multiple geographies
Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks
Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder sessions to ensure alignment and consensus on project scope and outcomes
Oversee critical project phases including data migration, system integration, testing, cutover, and user training activities
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology, governance frameworks, and organizational change management standards
Track project performance through KPIs and provide clear, consistent reporting to executive leadership
Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues proactively to ensure successful and timely delivery
