Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, sales operations, content operations, or enablement.
- Proven ability to manage large inventories or complex datasets with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint, including document management, metadata, and version control.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to design, structure, and execute end-to-end operational processes independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver within tight timelines.
Responsibilities
- Inventory, review, and classify ~1,700 Sales Hub assets into clear statuses.
- Partner with Product Managers, Analysts, and content owners to validate asset accuracy and secure final disposition decisions.
- Apply consistent metadata and tagging standards including product, persona, funnel stage, and ownership.
- Build and maintain a single source of truth for approved, sales-ready content.
- Identify duplicates, gaps, and opportunities for consolidation.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, tracking, and delivering against a 6–8 week timeline.
- Provide weekly updates, manage risks, and ensure cross-functional coordination.
