Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools—you've shipped real work using them
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of video formats (social, long-form, branded content, etc.)
- Experience with motion graphics or After Effects (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with prompt engineering for generative AI tools (Nice to have)
- Background in content production for tech or SaaS companies (Nice to have)
- Experience building reusable video templates or scalable content systems (Nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver video content using a combination of traditional editing tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Leverage AI video generation, enhancement, and automation tools to accelerate production
- Collaborate with the production team to develop scalable video templates and reusable content systems
- Maintain consistent visual style, pacing, and brand standards across all output
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines without compromising quality
- Stay current on emerging AI video tools and proactively recommend workflow improvements
