Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate (Analyst, Associate, or Broker level).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree focused on real estate development, land economics, or a related field.
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to speak clearly and with authority.
- Comfortable recording and producing high-quality video and audio content.
- Deep understanding of real estate financial concepts including IRR, capital stacks, and yield on cost.
- Proven ability to build financial models and articulate professional investment opinions.
- Ability to break down complex deals quickly, clearly, and with high energy.
- Must be able to provide a 60-second audition video pitching a 'Bad Deal' as part of the application process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-camera host for flagship short-form series evaluating real estate development deals.
- Analyze target real estate markets and script deal assumptions based on real market data.
- Record high-quality vertical video segments, including green screen or styled backgrounds.
- Engage the online community by asking hard questions that generate active debate.
- Stay current on national real estate market trends by reading industry publications.
