Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of prospecting experience into enterprise B2B SaaS companies.
  • Solid understanding of standard sales qualification and pipeline frameworks (BANT, CHAMP, MEDDPICC, or Challenger).
  • Ability to pivot discovery conversations based on executive personas.
  • Ability to quickly acquire and maintain deep market knowledge of IGA and access security landscapes.
  • Confident phone presence with strong oral and written communication habits and active listening skills.
  • Ambitious self-starter personality who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy startup environments.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with modern sales enablement and engagement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Research and penetrate defined target regions and enterprise accounts to build a pipeline from scratch.
  • Leverage discovery frameworks to uncover critical enterprise pain points, timeline constraints, and stakeholder roles.
  • Run early-stage discovery to teach prospects about identity security risks and tailor Saviynt's value proposition.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and secure highly qualified discovery meetings for enterprise sales directors.
  • Nurture inbound marketing leads by educating prospects on AI-powered capabilities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of activities, methodology insights, and qualification metrics within Salesforce.
