Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base).
- Proven development experience independent of ServiceNow with strong analytical skills.
- Competency in IT Service Management (ITSM), Asset/Configuration Management, and ITIL practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with system/software engineering lifecycle principles.
- Ability to perform data analysis and modeling on large data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Competency with PMP/PRINCE2 practices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Provide architectural input and maintain platform stability through development standards.
- Work across multiple instances and domains for internal and external customers.
- Manage development tasks using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Advise functional and admin teams on design and ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with partners to develop business and system requirements.
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications.
- Analyze and resolve system performance issues.
