Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow Suite including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, and Knowledge Base
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Proven developer independent of the ServiceNow platform with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum project teams
- Experience with software engineering lifecycle principles and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with large data sets and data analysis/modeling
Responsibilities
- Work independently and as a technical team member
- Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
- Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners to develop requirements
- Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
