Requirements
- Several years of experience building, operating, or evolving platforms, cloud solutions, or technical services.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and ecosystems (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Azure AI, Vertex AI, Bedrock).
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, and role-based access concepts.
- Familiarity with security, governance, and compliance requirements in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to structure, evaluate, and communicate technical decisions effectively.
- Strong solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable bringing structure to complex or ambiguous topics.
- Confidence communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the introduction, continuous development, and operation of AI platforms and services.
- Evaluate new technologies and translate them into sustainable platform strategies.
- Design governance frameworks, role and permission models, and technical guardrails for AI use.
- Assess platforms, integrations, and AI services regarding risk, compliance, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze requirements, develop recommendations, and drive initiatives through to implementation.
- Support business teams in adopting AI effectively and securely.
- Contribute hands-on to integrations, automation, and architecture solutions when needed.
