Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- 3+ years in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
- CPA certification required.
- Deep US GAAP expertise (consolidations, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition under ASC 606).
- Experience with international subsidiary accounting.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.
- Proven track record managing and developing accounting teams.
- NetSuite proficiency.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to build scalable systems and manage audit/due diligence processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close for US and Australian entities.
- Prepare and own consolidated financial statements under US GAAP, including intercompany eliminations and multi-currency consolidation.
- Own the external audit relationship and process across all jurisdictions.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls for audit-ready accounting infrastructure.
- Lead the accounting technology roadmap, including NetSuite optimization and AI tool implementation.
- Manage and develop the accounting team, including the Assistant Controller.
- Partner with the CFO on M&A, debt financing, tax strategy, and investor relations.
