Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Success.
- At least 1 year of experience in GTM tech.
- Proven track record of influencing complex, high-stakes SaaS deals.
- Ability to lead technical validation with a consultative approach.
- Strong background in integration-heavy customer lifecycles and RevOps.
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and sales/marketing automation tools.
- Executive-level communication skills capable of engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders.
- Experience as a cross-functional operator collaborating with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering.
- Comfort using AI-native GTM tools to enhance workflows.
- Experience architecting adoption, enablement, and expansion strategies for GTM tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and business discovery to uncover pain, success metrics, and buying criteria.
- Co-own complex deals with AEs to navigate buying committees and mitigate evaluation risk.
- Design and execute POC-based trials that validate impact and accelerate decision-making.
- Engage technical stakeholders to design scalable integrations using REST APIs, CRMs, and marketing automation tools.
- Advise on GTM stack optimization and provide field feedback to influence product strategy.
- Build reusable assets, playbooks, demo environments, and templates to scale team impact.
- Mentor peers on discovery, technical strategy, and competitive positioning.
