Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
- Proven ability to build financial models and business cases from scratch.
- Strong background in pricing and packaging: scenario modeling, elasticity, competitive benchmarking, and margin analysis.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, AI-powered analytics) in daily workflows.
- Proficient with analytical tools including spreadsheets, SQL, and BI platforms.
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to drive insight.
- Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, or payments business metrics (ARPU, churn, LTV).
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Ability to manage multiple commercial workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fitness technology, or financial services (nice to have).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own commercial analytics for the GTM organization, including pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis workflows and improve commercial efficiency.
- Build and maintain pricing frameworks including tier restructuring, competitive benchmarking, and willingness-to-pay analysis.
- Identify and size revenue levers such as underpricing, discounting impacts, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop standalone business cases for commercial initiatives, market expansion, and pricing changes.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on deal structuring, segment profitability, and packaging strategy.
- Translate complex commercial analysis into actionable proposals for senior management.
