Job Details

5–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, pricing strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
Proven ability to build financial models and business cases from scratch.
Strong background in pricing and packaging: scenario modeling, elasticity, competitive benchmarking, and margin analysis.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, copilots, AI-powered analytics) in daily workflows.
Proficient with analytical tools including spreadsheets, SQL, and BI platforms.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to drive insight.
Deep understanding of SaaS, subscription, or payments business metrics (ARPU, churn, LTV).
Fluent English (C1+).
Ability to manage multiple commercial workstreams simultaneously.
Experience in B2B SaaS, fitness technology, or financial services (nice to have).
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce (nice to have).

Own commercial analytics for the GTM organization, including pricing models, deal economics, revenue forecasting, and business case development.
Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis workflows and improve commercial efficiency.
Build and maintain pricing frameworks including tier restructuring, competitive benchmarking, and willingness-to-pay analysis.
Identify and size revenue levers such as underpricing, discounting impacts, and cross-sell opportunities.
Develop standalone business cases for commercial initiatives, market expansion, and pricing changes.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams on deal structuring, segment profitability, and packaging strategy.
Translate complex commercial analysis into actionable proposals for senior management.
