Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience shipping and maintaining complex systems or products in production.
- Full-stack experience with modern front-end frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- Experience with back-end technologies like Ruby, Python, Go, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, billing/payments infrastructure, or enterprise-scale systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Stripe, Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, SCIM, SAML, or WebAssembly is a plus.
- Background in experimentation, observability, or compliance automation is a plus.
- Experience with extensibility platforms (plugins, APIs, widgets) or open source is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and ship high-quality features across the stack.
- Own key parts of the product that impact user experience, internal productivity, or revenue operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, design, data science, support, and sales.
- Operate and monitor the systems you build, focusing on reliability, security, and performance.
- Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, providing feedback, and fostering an inclusive engineering environment.
