Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Significant experience with platform, infrastructure, or technical products
- Direct experience owning Identity, Access Management, Security, or Compliance products
- Strong technical fluency in system design
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Track record of delivering scalable platform capabilities in a SaaS environment
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term vision and strategy for Identity, Access Management, and Compliance.
- Translate regulatory and customer needs into a prioritized product roadmap.
- Improve internal product surfaces, APIs, and tooling.
- Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of platform capabilities.
- Write clear requirements balancing security, usability, and extensibility.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to unblock enterprise deals.
- Drive alignment and decision-making across teams.
