Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience building and shipping machine-learning models.
- Hands-on production-ML experience: pipeline to deployment to monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related).
- Expertise in Python for production environments.
- Solid data-science and machine learning foundations.
- Experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) and ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Own ML models end to end including problem framing, design, build, train, and deployment.
- Build model training pipelines and package for serving.
- Monitor model quality, drift, and performance in production.
- Perform experimental design, statistical validation, and champion-challenger evaluation.
- Collaborate across the organization with Data Engineering, backend, product, and QA teams.
- Leverage AI-assisted development for implementation and experimentation.
