Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on ML experience with a track record of shipping models to production
- Strong suit in at least one area: predictive/classical ML, computer vision, or LLM/agentic systems
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Production-code instincts and Git fluency
- Comfortable with Docker and EC2-style environments
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and optimization
- M.S. in a quantitative field, or equivalent depth demonstrated through shipped work
- Clear communication skills
Responsibilities
- Research, design, and build ML models across a range of use cases
- Work across the full deployment spectrum: managed cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) and containerized solutions
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production environments and uphold MLOps best practices
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets; think critically about data quality
- Contribute to technical discussions across the team
- Translate complex ML concepts clearly for both technical collaborators and non-technical client stakeholders
