Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in client services, property management, or transitions.
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-property projects.
- Proven experience in portfolio migrations, ideally in multifamily/real estate.
- Strong leadership skills without direct authority.
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple deadlines.
- Advanced problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Experience with Yardi and CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-property migration processes.
- Serve as the primary client liaison for migration projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Operations, Marketing, Treasury, IT, and Legal departments.
- Develop and manage migration timelines and dependencies.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Mentor and support Client Services Specialists.
- Maintain migration trackers and client-facing documentation.
- Proactively resolve issues and manage escalations.
