Requirements
- Experience managing internal cross-functional teams of 8-10+ people
- Working knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX
- Experience interfacing directly with client POCs of all levels
- Ability to work independently and take proactive, anticipatory actions
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfortable with context-switching and managing multiple projects
- Commitment to ongoing learning and change management
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for new client requests on high-priority accounts
- Manage integrated project plans across all service lines
- Plan and monitor resource utilization and forecast workload
- Proactively manage project budgets and track hours/costs
- Delegate tasks via Wrike or client-preferred project management tools
- Lead ongoing process improvement initiatives for efficiency
