Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to understand operational needs.
  • Review vendor quotes to ensure scope and pricing are appropriate.
  • Develop and coordinate client and internal initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the department.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Proactively resolve vendor and client issues.
  • Provide support to Trade Representatives as required.
  • Maintain awareness of trade/industry developments.
