Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to understand operational needs.
- Review vendor quotes to ensure scope and pricing are appropriate.
- Develop and coordinate client and internal initiatives.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the department.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Proactively resolve vendor and client issues.
- Provide support to Trade Representatives as required.
- Maintain awareness of trade/industry developments.
