Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences research, or equivalent
A minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise or customer-facing applications
Strong proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma
Experienced designing within Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, Lightning Experience)
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
Proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and translating visual designs into functional code
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design improvements
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience designing for React frameworks

Design end-to-end user experiences across portal and internal workflows, ensuring consistency across multiple products and personas
Transform report designs from the Adobe Creative suite into responsive HTML/CSS templates for automated report generation
Partner with engineering and QA teams to support Salesforce integration, data population, and rendering validation
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned to brand guidelines using Figma
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces
Conduct user research, usability testing, and persona development
Define and maintain reusable design components and contribute to design systems
Document user flows, interaction patterns, and design specifications
Analyze user feedback to improve usability and experience quality
