- Investigating and managing bug reports from technical support.
- Coordinating with deployment teams on product design and testability.
- Documenting testing actions in daily and weekly reports.
- Analyzing software systems to contribute to design enhancements.
- Researching new test tools and methodologies.
- Managing final quality assurance for production releases.
