Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, technical support, implementation, or a related role.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, banking, or technology.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret monitoring data and spot anomalies.
- Basic SQL or data querying ability.
- Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) as productivity multipliers.
- Understanding of APIs, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and authentication flows.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Experience in open banking, bank connectivity, or financial services operations.
- Familiarity with SWIFT messaging or API aggregation platforms.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
- Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, Intercom, or Zendesk.
Responsibilities
- Monitor provider API health across 50+ banking connections and track connectivity metrics.
- Manage the SWIFT exception queue and coordinate with banks and clients to resolve blockers.
- Handle provider verification workflows across SWIFT, Plaid, and other connectivity channels.
- Coordinate activation of new bank connections between engineering and technical contacts.
- Provide post-go-live client support and create authorization guides.
- Embed with the product team (20-30% of time) to provide operational context for roadmap decisions.
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks for monitoring and exception handling.
