Requirements
- 2-6 years of professional experience.
- At least 2 years in a high-intensity environment such as strategy consulting, finance, private equity, or a VC-backed startup.
- University degree in science or engineering preferred.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with large datasets, basic statistics, and the scientific method.
- Proficiency in R and Python, including ability to use AI tools for coding and automation.
- Experience structuring complex problems and communicating findings clearly.
- Genuine appetite for, and adaptability to, fieldwork in diverse locations.
- Ruthlessly positive attitude and motivation by the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and quantify potential sustainability solutions.
- Assess and develop interventions across precision agriculture, sustainable livelihoods, carbon sequestration, and microfinance.
- Lead the design, launch, and management of programs including piloting and monitoring.
- Conduct frequent fieldwork in smallholder communities across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive organizational change.
