🔍 Sustainability in agricultural supply chains
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or finance/PE, including some at the associate or EM level.
- Evidence of more than 3 years of additional experience in tech firms, VC funded start-ups, or impact investing.
- University degree in science or engineering preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in quantitative data analysis.
- Proven client management skills.
- Ability to structure complex problems and communicate them clearly.
- Ability to manage a multicultural team, remotely and/or in person.
- Proficiency in either French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swahili, Indonesian, Vietnamese, or other relevant language is desirable.
- Identify projects to fund for impact in the agricultural sector.
- Carry out impact & ROI evaluation and risk assessments on candidate projects.
- Design in-house impact programs from start to finish, including strategy and implementation plan.
- Coordinate with partners, pilot testing, and public relations.
- Run, monitor & evaluate results, and scale.
- Interface with external partners and stakeholders for project growth.
- Manage junior members of the Impact team.
- Visit projects and implementors on-site as necessary.
