Requirements:

• 5+ years’ relevant work in one or more of the target sectors.
• Experience in commodity trading, consulting, business, finance, quantitative research, data analysis, international development, or sustainable agriculture.
• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record in development studies, economics, business, statistics, or relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical competencies with experience in navigating large datasets to derive insights.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; familiarity with quantitative data collection software/platforms; knowledge of Python beneficial, but not required.
• Fluency in English is required; working proficiency in other foreign languages beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge into new market segments, focusing on palm oil, rubber, or cocoa.
• Service clients by generating insights on sustainability topics, building and editing reports, and managing relationships.
• Manage and collaborate with global colleagues on special projects related to various sustainability topics.
• Participate in discussions and working groups with clients on living income, regenerative agriculture, carbon footprint, and impact.
