Impact Project Manager

Requirements:

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or finance/PE
• Evidence of more than 3 years of additional experience
• University degree in science or engineering preferred
• Excellent analytical skills, experience with quantitative data analysis
• Proven client management skills and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
• Ability to structure sophisticated problems
• Ability to manage a multicultural team, remotely and/or in person
• Some travel

Responsibilities:

• Identify projects to fund for impact in the agricultural sector
• Carry out impact & ROI evaluation and risk assessments on candidate projects
• Design in-house impact programs from start to finish
• Run, monitor & evaluate results, and scale
• Interface with external partners and stakeholders
• Manage more junior members of the Impact team
• Visit projects and implementors on site as necessary
