Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Recent hands-on experience building LLM-powered or agentic applications.
- Hands-on understanding of Large Language Models, agentic architectures, and retrieval frameworks (RAG).
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex) and multi-agent patterns.
- Experience designing evaluation, guardrail, and observability strategies for LLM systems.
- Hands-on experience in Python.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native AI/ML platforms (e.g. AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure AI/ML, Snowflake Cortex).
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience delivering projects for external or internal clients in a consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end architecture, solution design, and delivery of agentic AI solutions.
- Design and build reusable agentic accelerators and reference architectures.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear agentic solution designs.
- Architect production-grade agents focusing on reliability, scalability, and security.
- Establish the foundation of our India Agentic Delivery Center.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to deliver successful client engagements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach team members.
