Requirements
- 7+ years of Data Engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Spark ecosystem (Delta Lake, Databricks)
- Expertise in building ETL jobs with dbt
- Experience with Airflow and GitHub
- Strong foundation in data modeling, schema design, and data quality
- Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake or Databricks
- Understanding of RDBMS, NoSQL, OLAP, and OLTP stores
- Experience with distributed bus systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations
- Optimize data pipelines, dashboards, frameworks, and systems
- Support strategic planning with cross-functional leadership
- Build multi-step ETL jobs using dbt and Airflow
- Maintain data quality and correctness through validation at every step
- Collaborate across Finance, Analytics, and Support systems teams
