Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience.
- At least 2 years shipping AI or AI-adjacent products.
- Direct experience building or configuring AI agents, skills, or workflows.
- Strong AI fluency including prompt engineering, context management, RAG, and tool use.
- Ability to design evals and understand cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
- Experience as a platform thinker building for other builders.
- Strong cross-functional operations skills.
- Ruthless prioritization and strategic roadmap management.
Responsibilities
- Set & build the AI platform vision.
- Define the agent harness including platform & data architecture.
- Own the roadmap for Eddy, the internal AI assistant.
- Build user research pipelines, eval infrastructure, and prioritization frameworks.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify high-value AI workflows.
- Turn non-adopters into power users across CX, Ops, Sales, Finance, and Clinical teams.
