Requirements

- Multi-channel content execution experience
- Proficiency with CapCut and/or Descript
- Familiarity with leveraging AI/LLMs for copy optimization
- Strong communication skills for cold outreach and guest coordination
- Stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to revitalize community platforms.
- Draft, repurpose, and distribute social marketing content across multiple channels.
- Perform rough video edits using tools like CapCut or Descript.
- Upload podcast and YouTube episodes with hooks and LLM-generated descriptions.
- Vet and schedule incoming guests and appearances.
- Manage cold outreach via email or DMs to secure podcast features.
- Lead marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with brand standards.
