- Practical knowledge of SDLC and modern system architectures.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of data and AI/ML project specifics.
- Ownership mentality and proactive problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery in software development and R&D/PoC initiatives.
- Build partnerships with external enterprise clients.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and data scientists.
- Oversee budgets, project scope, and timelines.
- Implement and improve delivery governance and best practices.
