Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred).
- 1+ years experience in Travel Agency, Sales, Hospitality, Pharmaceutical, Medical Industry, or Customer Service.
- Pharmaceutical Speaker Bureau experience (plus).
- Pharmaceutical Event Planning experience (plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel (financial calculations, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and Gmail.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and book travel for HCPs, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Create detailed, accurate travel itineraries and communicate them to HCPs.
- Ensure travel arrangements adhere to policies, budget constraints, and industry regulations.
- Manage promotional educational programs within a proprietary system.
- Assist customer representatives with program planning budgets.
- Maintain daily communication with sales representatives and faculty.
- Ensure event materials are complete and accurate.
- Effectively manage a high volume of events, emails, and phone calls.
- Cover after-hours phone line 5pm-midnight on a rotated basis.
