Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital marketing agency or brand environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and Canva.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
  • Ability to produce animated video creatives for Paid Social and iGaming campaigns.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • Understanding of how AI tools can be used effectively in graphic design workflows.
  • Basic coding knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or any other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design static and interactive widgets for iGaming brands, including odds displays, bonus promotions and interactive casino games, specialised for Sports & Casino campaigns across global markets.
  • Develop creative assets for Paid Social campaigns, including Meta ads, display ads and promotional content, delivered in both static and video formats.
  • Design web graphics, landing pages and user interface elements that enhance the user experience and support campaign performance.
  • Design in-house creative assets, brand materials, presentations, web design, social media content and any other internal creative needs that support the company's visual identity.
  • Transform complex ideas and concepts into clear, visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines, campaign goals and target audiences.
  • Stay up to date with current design trends, tools and best practices to ensure fresh, modern and innovative designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
