Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Demonstrated ownership of complex technical workstreams in enterprise environments
- Experience modernizing large legacy applications using patterns like strangler fig and event-driven decomposition
- Deep expertise in cloud-native, distributed systems at scale
- Proficiency across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM capabilities and agentic workflows
- Understanding of platform engineering, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices
- Travel availability of 25-50%
Responsibilities
- Define technical scope and architectural direction for complex workstreams
- Write and review production-grade code across the full stack
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities including RAG pipelines and intelligent automation
- Anticipate and mitigate technical risks in client engagements
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client leadership
- Mentor and develop engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Participate in business development and SOW creation
