Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in software development and technical leadership
- Experience in Fin-tech or payment infrastructure
- Strong hands-on coding skills in Java
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Ability to architect, develop, and maintain scalable fin-tech platforms
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and secure transaction systems
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability
- Excellent communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Act as technical lead and acting CTO
- Oversee product architecture, scalability, and system design
- Lead hands-on development
- Perform code reviews
- Mentor developers
- Collaborate with business and product teams
- Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance
