Requirements
- Senior engineering background with leadership responsibilities
- Strong experience in .NET Core, .NET 6, .NET 7 or .NET 8
- Solid experience building complex front ends with React and TypeScript
- Mandatory experience using AI coding tools in daily work or consistent private development
- Ability to design clean, scalable backend and frontend structures
- Strong experience with API design and integration
- Good SQL understanding and comfort with optimisation
- Ability to manage backlog priorities and steer technical scope
- Confident communication in English for daily cooperation with PwC
- Clear ownership mindset and ability to push delivery forward
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross functional engineering stream working with .NET and React
- Set technical direction for component architecture and integration patterns
- Apply AI assisted coding tools such as Copilot and Cursor to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
- Take responsibility for code reviews, standards, and optimisation of development workflows
- Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA and DevOps
- Break down requirements into implementable tasks for the team
- Resolve technical risks and ensure strong alignment with PwC guidelines
- Act as the escalation point for technical blockers
- Support developers through mentoring and hands on guidance
