Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing production Python code
- Proficiency in code review practices and unit testing (pytest, unittest)
- Experience maintaining codebases >10K lines
- CI/CD pipeline experience (Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Docker)
- Experience building ML pipelines (ETL, data versioning, model deployment)
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Working knowledge of LLM deployment, RAG, and fine-tuning
- Proficiency with NLP libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy, LangChain)
- Experience managing datasets >1TB
- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Construct AI development and production infrastructure
- Develop code for integration of Data Science tools into products
- Curate datasets and conduct experiments
- Productize AI solutions and estimate impact
- Monitor performance of machine learning models
- Analyze data and provide product insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams on solution implementation
- Conduct research and implement data science best practices
