Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).
Active, unrestricted medical license.
Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
Strong clinical judgement and communication skills.
Collaborative mindset.
Willingness to work in a 100% telepsychiatry outpatient model.

Responsibilities

Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry for adults, geriatric patients, and children/adolescents (if board-certified).
Manage lower to moderate acuity conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
Conduct standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
Engage in clinical decision-making with full autonomy.
Collaborate with an in-house referral network to therapists.
Utilize provided operational support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing.
