Requirements

MD or DO degree.
Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatry status.
Active, unrestricted medical license.
Comfort with using clinical technology platforms.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fully remote, outpatient model.

Responsibilities

Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
Manage patient population across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric).
Conduct standard 60-minute intake sessions and 30-minute follow-ups.
Exercise clinical autonomy over schedule, session structure, and patient population.
Collaborate within an in-house referral network to therapists.
Maintain high standard of clinical decision-making without pressure to shorten visits.
