Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist (MD/DO).
- Active, unrestricted medical license.
- Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
- Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry care.
- Manage lower to moderate acuity conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and PTSD.
- Conduct standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
- Coordinate care across the lifespan including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
- Exercise clinical autonomy over schedule and session structure.
- Collaborate within an in-house referral network to therapists.
- Maintain clinical decision-making autonomy without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume.
