Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical/healthcare, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians
- 2+ years recruiting in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicine
- Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles
- Experience using AI within the recruiting process
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches
- Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach
- Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, priorities, and timelines.
- Source candidates across job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations.
- Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needs.
- Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.
- Share market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
