Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record owning the full recruiting lifecycle for engineering profiles
- Direct experience recruiting AI engineers, ML engineers, or agentic systems builders
- Familiarity with technical communities like Hugging Face, LangChain Discord, or AI-focused GitHub organizations
- Ability to source credibly within technical communities
- Genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology
- Experience using Greenhouse, Ashby, or a comparable ATS
- High ownership mentality
- Strong full-cycle instincts from sourcing through close
- Clear, direct communication skills
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, lean team environment
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle for US remote-based AI and engineering roles end-to-end
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, community forums, and AI practitioner networks
- Partner closely with co-founders and hiring managers to translate needs into outreach and screening
- Drive every stage of the candidate experience with urgency and care
- Represent Fairmarkit credibly in conversations with technical candidates
- Manage offers, negotiate compensation, and close candidates
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in an ATS and report on key metrics
- Contribute to employer branding and recruiting content
- Bring a point of view on market trends and compensation benchmarks
