Requirements
- At least 12 months experience in a Pharmacist role on Adherence or MTM projects
- Team management and or coaching experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to quickly problem solve and triage clinical and operational situations
- Strong grasp of standard workflows for medication adherence
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Documents
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Support oversight of goals, progress, and resource allocation of an Arine full-service clinical project
- Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication regimens to improve health outcomes
- Manage team productivity and timelines to ensure goals are met
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Develop new workflows, best practices, and standards to drive continuous improvement
- Represent Arine’s Clinical Care team at customer meetings
- Hire, train, and schedule team members
- Manage and conduct performance reviews for assigned team members
