Requirements
- Strong experience in product analytics within digital or consumer-facing products.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, and cohort analysis.
- Experience in A/B testing methodologies and statistical evaluation.
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate insights into recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong interest in mentoring and progression toward a Team Lead role.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
- Availability to work within GMT+4 to GMT+10 time zones.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product, marketing, and business performance to identify key drivers of KPI changes.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses across user behavior, funnels, cohorts, retention, and lifecycle metrics.
- Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments including A/B tests and advanced statistical approaches.
- Measure and quantify the impact of product and marketing initiatives on key business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to support decision-making.
- Support development of marketing analytics frameworks including LTV, CAC, and attribution modeling.
- Contribute to analytics infrastructure improvements and data accuracy.
- Gradually take ownership of cross-functional analytical initiatives and stakeholder coordination.
