Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to enterprise application environments.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement applications and at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement business operations.
  • Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, and solution design skills.
  • Hands-on experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, functional documentation, and test cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage global business and IT stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a solution-oriented and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to procurement, sourcing, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Act as a functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud modules.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions and ensure alignment with business needs and best practices.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, reporting, and data migration activities.
  • Support UAT, deployment activities, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Drive procurement process optimization, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives across global teams.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, and business requirements documents (BRDs/FRDs).
  • Participate in system upgrades, patch assessments, and release management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement governance standards, policies, and audit requirements.
