Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Scientific Systems Analyst in research, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting LIMS platforms (e.g., LabVantage, STARLIMS).
- Understanding of laboratory workflows, bioanalytical processes, and scientific data lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate technical and scientific concepts into structured documentation and user stories.
- Familiarity with GxP environments, regulatory standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GLP), and system validation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred) and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Translate scientific and laboratory workflows into user stories, functional requirements, and system specifications.
- Collaborate with scientists, product owners, and developers to design and enhance LIMS.
- Manage LIMS platforms and integrations while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, documentation, test plans, and training materials.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to system functionality and data integrity.
- Support testing activities including functional and integration testing.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies within a SAFe environment.
- Optimize workflows and support AI/ML readiness and research data operations.
