Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and delivering web applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Replit, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience integrating applications with third-party APIs and SaaS platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and prioritize based on business impact.
- Solid understanding of software security, data privacy, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal web applications that streamline operations.
- Partner with business leaders to identify software inefficiencies and evaluate build-versus-buy opportunities.
- Develop scalable applications using modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Integrate internal tools with external SaaS platforms through REST APIs.
- Manage full development lifecycle activities within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Maintain technical documentation and source control practices.
- Track and report key performance indicators including tool adoption and cost savings.
