Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer in production environments.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend development.
- Strong backend development experience using Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven experience building or integrating AI solutions such as LLMs, AI agents, automation, or RAG systems.
- Strong expertise in AI-enabled engineering workflows, including tools like Claude Code (skills, subagents, hooks, plugins).
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar ecosystems.
- Experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM integration in production systems.
- Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, design patterns, and maintainability.
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing).
- Advanced English communication skills for international collaboration.
- Strong ownership mindset, autonomy, and ability to thrive in fast-paced innovation environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript (React) on the frontend and Python on the backend.
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered features, including LLM-based applications, agents, automation, and RAG pipelines.
- Apply AI-enabled engineering practices using agents to accelerate development workflows and improve productivity.
- Work extensively with AI development tools such as Claude Code, leveraging skills, subagents, hooks, and plugins.
- Implement prompt engineering and context engineering techniques for production-grade AI systems.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes or similar).
- Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders in an agile, iterative development environment.
- Continuously improve system architecture, engineering practices, automation, and delivery efficiency.
