Requirements
- Proven thumbnail design portfolio in business, finance, AI, or info-education niches.
- Elite attention to detail in following complex design briefs.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Competence in using AI design tools without distorting human subjects.
- Strong strategic instinct regarding CTR, focal points, and design legibility.
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Strong written communication skills for asynchronous coordination.
- High level of reliability and ability to meet fixed deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Execute thumbnail designs based on provided concepts, text, colors, and direction.
- Produce approximately 9 thumbnails per week.
- Repackage existing videos by creating new thumbnails based on own ideation.
- Progress from execution tasks to owning thumbnail and packaging strategy.
- Maintain consistent quality and fast turnaround times.
- Engage in asynchronous communication to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
